They need to learn to search file system, reference, and write a script with the formulas in textbooks using the data you give. They need to be able to search and reference source data. They need to be able to give working layouts of scripts. It can run any script it makes before giving and it will get errors. It can fix all errors prior to giving to you and it will see errors and logs so it does not need to guess or rely on you to give the info. I made tool calls lenient and included basic RAG and precise tool call prompts in system prompt with file structure the AI can navigate. As long as AI use XML and actual tool name it will work. Always keep a separate copy of your data. For the AI the whole system is that single folder. If they mess stuff up, you should have a copy. The AI only can affect the single folder. You can always reinstall ui. Data you can keep a separate folder with copies. If ai ever messes something up, reinstall ui and copy your data folder back in. nothing ever lost. Understand this setup gives complete control of the folder to the AI and only that folder. The AI thinks that single folder is an entire system. which in a way it is. Docker just makes it a virtual system. The only connection is the AI folder.
