W6 Qadim - Kite - Deadeye

notes: -Lots of builds can kite. I prefer Deadeye. The build I like to use: https://gw2skills.net/editor/?PawAQhjlVwwYRMJ2IO8LbvXA-DSIYRUzfG1KFqQFIzDEAA-e -There are some small clips at the end of what failed mechanics look like, so you don't get startled by something new mid-run. -Everything in this fight is proximity aggro. If someone is not on Qadim's platform, he destroys it and moves on, repeating this until he lands on a platform with another player. -YOU are the most important player. If something happens to you, the raid will probably wipe. Use this opportunity to make your squad pamper you. 😃 -Your entire job is to stand on Qadim's platform and kill slublings before he can eat them. Each slubling gives him 1 stack of a buff that increases his attack speed & damage. Needless to say, missing slubs during either kiting or DPS phases tends to hurt later on. -Positioning: If you stay on the blue triangles, his attacks go over your head. Do NOT stand on the line pattern because his occasional Fire Dance runs along it. -AOE on you means he's about to nuke the platform. Get out of it and hop to the next platform before you get burnt alive.
